Our founder and President, Joe Genduso, has a broad scope of experience in business development, sales and marketing strategies, customer relations and employee motivation.

Joe put himself through school, bartending and waiting tables. As a  23 year old General Manager, Joe was responsible for a staff of 35.

Helping top-level executives grow their businesses through merger and acquisition, Joe was fully entrenched in the bottom-line consciousness of all businesses.

As a professional speaker, Joe:

  • Has delivered over 1,500 presentations worldwide
  • Has developed and presented training programs on over 25 different topics
